When a newly married man looks happy we KNOW why but when a ten-year married man looks happy, we WONDER why. Both will remain together forever as inductees of the Country Music Hall of. We don't put much thought past the wedding day. On 8 July 1997, Marty and Connie married and are still together to this day, celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. I think many of us have taken that approach to marriage. One thing I would suggest is to see a marriage counselor BEFORE you say "I do." If you're a Christian, I would suggest seeing a Christian counselor. Think back, why did you decide to get married?
